▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The device i.e. interposer (10), has a graphene layer (16) passing through metal electrodes (22) for connecting two micro-electronic circuits (12, 14) i.e. printed circuit boards (PCBs). The electrodes comprise an electrically conductive central element and an electrically insulative peripheral layer, where the central element is arranged in a thickness of the graphene layer. The peripheral layer is inserted between the central element and the graphene layer and made of copper monoxide, where the central element is made of copper. A crown is applied with an UV radiation. USE - Interface device i.e. interposer, for forming a mechanical and electrical connection between two micro-electronic circuits i.e. PCBs, in an electronic system. ADVANTAGE - The metal electrodes comprise the electrically conductive central element and the electrically insulative peripheral layer, where the central element is arranged in the thickness of the graphene layer, and the peripheral layer is inserted between the central element and the graphene layer, thus enabling minimization of differential effects of expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations in the interposer and between the interposer and micro-electronic circuits while manufacturing the interposer in a flexible and inexpensive manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing an interface device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic sectional view of an interface device.
