▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene micro-sheet/polymer composite comprises 85-99 pts. wt. polymer, 1-15 pts. wt. composite graphene sheet, 0.1-5 pts. wt. lubricant and 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. coupling agent. The composite graphene sheets consist of graphene sheets with different diameters. USE - Graphene micro-sheet/polymer composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has excellent electrical conductivity up to 7.5x 10-1 S/m, thermal conductivity of 0.981 W/mK, and stable mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 34.8 MPa. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for preparing graphene micro-sheet/polymer composite, which involves (i) mixing polymer, composite graphene sheet, lubricant and coupling agent to obtain reaction mixture where the composite graphene sheet consists of graphene sheets with different diameters, (ii) melt-blending the reaction mixture, extruding and granulating to obtain pellets, (iii) subjecting the pellets to thermocompression molding and cooling to obtain graphene micro-sheet/polymer composite.
