NOVELTY - The present invention relates to a transmission electron microscope grid. The transmission electron microscope grid includes a carrier and a graphene layer-carbon nanotubes film composite structure covered on the carrier. The carrier includes at least one through hole. The graphene layer-carbon nanotubes film composite structure includes a graphene layer and at least one carbon nanotubes film structure. The carbon nanotubes film structure includes a plurality of micropores. The micropores of the carbon nanotubes film structure are covered by the graphene layer. The present invention also relates to a method for making the transmission electron microscope grid.
