NOVELTY - Adhesive tape comprises 100 pts. wt. rubber latex, 0.1-50 pts. wt. special acrylic acid monomer, 0.1-30 pts. wt. alkali, 0.1-90 pts. wt. polymer with reactive end group, 0.1-30 pts. wt. initiator, 0.1-30 pts. wt. vulcanizing auxiliary agent, 0.1-90 pts. wt. flake nano-filler and 0.1-10 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - Adhesive tape is useful for oil-resistant washing machine. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive tape: improves oil resistance of the water absorbing adhesive tape; the function monomer is capable of generating chemical reaction with the end group of the polyester, it can improve the stability of the material microstructure; the nano-layered filler can further prevent the oil swelling of the water-absorbing adhesive tape, so as to further improve the oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the rubber strip for oil resistant floor washing machine, comprising (i) adding surfactant into the water, uniformly stirring, dissolving, adding special acrylic acid monomer, alkali, polymer with reactive end group, flake nano-filler and vulcanizing auxiliary agent, primarily stirring and dispersing into slurry, introducing into the grinder to grind to obtain dispersion; (ii) adding the dispersion into the rubber latex, stirring at normal temperature, dehydrating and drying to obtain solid crude rubber; and (iii) adding the solid raw rubber into the mold, pressing and vulcanizing.
