▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of the modified sodium iron phosphate composite material, involves(1)mixing sodium source and graphene oxide in mixer, adding iron phosphate and a carbon source into the mixture, and uniformly mixing in the mixer; (2)performing primary sintering on the product obtained in step (1) in a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a primary sintered material;(3) crushing and sieving the calcined material obtained in the step (2);(4) uniformly mixing the sodium iron phosphate composite material (3) with a titanium source and a tungsten source in a mixer, where coating amount of the titanium source is 0.2-0.8%, coating amount of tungsten source is 0.3-0.8%, and mixing time is 0.5-10 h; and (5) performing secondary sintering on the product obtained in the step (4) in a nitrogen atmosphere, and screening to obtain Ti/W co-coated sodium iron phosphate composite material. USE - Preparation method of the modified sodium iron phosphate composite material used for sodium ion battery anode materials. ADVANTAGE - The method solves problems of poor electronic conductivity and slow ion diffusion rate of sodium iron phosphate, and improves specific capacity and rate characteristics of the material. The Ti/W co-coating is adopted, so that the circulation stability of the sodium iron phosphate composite material is enhanced.
