▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper-organic frame compound (Cu-MOF) labeled DNA aptamer sensor is utilized by reducing gold/graphene oxide (Au/rGO) modified glassy carbon electrode, utilizing electrode to label the signal probe DNA by close proximity of the p-Cu tag to the electrode to generate a sensitive electrochemical signal, and utilizing constructed DNA aptamer sensor for the selective detection of acetamiprid. USE - Copper-organic frame compound (Cu-MOF) labeled DNA aptamer sensor for electrochemical detection of acetamiprid in the environment and various food samples. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor can detect acetamiprid with high sensitivity in quick, simple, easy and cost effective manner, small sample size required, and is suitable for the detection of acetamiprid residues in the environment and various food samples.
