NOVELTY - Detection reagent comprises cTnI detection reagents, CK-MB detection reagents and Myo detection reagents. The cTnI detection reagent adopts a biological probe formed by complexing the cTnI nucleic acid aptamer coupled with the gold nanoparticles and the complementary ssDNA1 chain coupled with the quantum dot 1. The CK-MB detection reagent adopts a biological probe formed by complexing the CK-MB nucleic acid aptamer coupled with the gold nanoparticles and the complementary ssDNA2 strand coupled with the quantum dot 2. The Myo detection reagent uses a biological probe formed by Myo nucleic acid aptamer coupled with gold nanoparticles and quantum dots 3. USE - Detection reagent for three markers of acute myocardial infarction. ADVANTAGE - The detection reagent realizes rapid and sensitive detection of cTnI, CKMB and Myo, and has economic detection reagents, short detection time, simple detection process and high detection accuracy.
