▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Catalytic etherification of glycerol to prepare glycerol ether is carried out by subjecting glycerol and isobutylene to catalytic reaction in presence of acid catalyst 40-110 degrees C to generate glycerol ether, glycerol diether and triglyceride ether; and performing extraction and separation to remove unreacted glycerol and catalyst and obtain glycerol ether product. Mole ratio of glycerol and isobutylene is 1:1-1:100. The acid catalyst is sulfonated graphene catalyst. USE - Method for catalytic etherification of glycerol to prepare glycerol ether (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has separation step that does not introduce other reagent material and can remove impurities without using high energy consumption. The entire process is energy-saving and green and environment-friendly.
