▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Molybdenum diselenide composite lithium ion battery anode material comprises taking MoSe2, Co3O4and reduced graphene oxide, MoSe2 and taking Co3O4particles, which are supported on the reduced graphene oxide to form a heterogeneous structure, where Co3O4is obtained based on ZIF-67 calcination. USE - MoSe2 composite lithium ion battery negative electrode material for use in wearable electronic device and electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The MoSe2composite lithium-ion battery negative electrode material has reduced agglomeration of MoSe2, reduced specific capacity attenuation, and has short lithium-ion diffusion length. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the material, involving: a. synthesizing ZIF-67, then calcinating to obtain Co3O4; b. dissolving in water, then adding molybdate and graphene oxide to form solution c, dissolving selenium powder in hydrazine hydrate solution and reacting until the solution is dark reddish brown to form solution d; and c. mixing solution c and solution d, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at a reaction temperature of 180-220℃, washing and drying the precipitate at the end of the reaction to obtain MoSe2 composite lithium-ion battery negative electrode material.
