NOVELTY - Preparing terylene fiber involves inserting titanium oxide in graphene oxide, cutting the functional particles into micro-nano powder by strong ultraviolet, suspending powder in the cavity by air flow, paving colored terylene filament in the cavity. The temperature of terylene fiber softening and effective bonding with functional powder is controlled by hot pressing the powder and terylene fiber to combine firmly. USE - Method for preparing terylene fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare terylene fiber that has good catalysis degradation performance, capable of fiber degradation fiber degradation and is prepared in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing terylene fiber involves inserting titanium oxide in graphene oxide, cutting the functional particles into micro-nano powder by strong ultraviolet, suspending powder in the cavity by air flow, paving colored terylene filament in the cavity. The potassium permanganate is added slowly and then certain amount of deionized water and hydrogen peroxide is added to change the color of solution from black brown to bright yellow, washed, and then centrifuged to obtain graphene oxide. The obtained graphene oxide is placed in kettle for hydrothermal reaction at certain temperature under ultrasonic condition to obtain oxidized graphene interlayer water. The obtained oxidized graphene interlayer water is dispersed in carbon tetrachloride, then butyl titanate is added, sealed under ultrasonic dispersion conditions to react. The anhydrous alcohol is used to wash after filtering into hydrothermal reaction kettle at certain temperature to obtain titanium oxide intercalation grapheme oxide. The obtained titanium oxide intercalation grapheme oxide is dispersed in water and sheared into micro nano-scale particles under 400 watt UV lamp irradiation, and then dried to obtain terylene fiber.
