▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Device comprises a thread (100), a first support unit (200) connected to one end of the thread, a second support unit (300) connected to the other end of the thread, a flexible housing (400) for fixing to the first support unit and the second support unit so that the thread is linear, and an electrode (500) electrically connected to the thread. USE - The device is useful for culturing cells including embryonic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, induced pluripotent stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, bone marrow stem cells, cardiac stem cells, adipose stem cells, cardiomyocytes, chondrocytes, meniscus cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, keratinocytes and Schwann cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is simple and miniaturized, safely cultures cells without contamination by simultaneously providing mechanical and electrical stimulation without introduction of external device, and enables culturing of cells in an environment which is most similar to that of body by contracting or elongating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for culturing cells, comprising (a) preparing a cell culture solution, (b) placing the cells on the surface of the thread, (c) impregnating the cell culture medium with a thread on which the cells are located, and (d) culturing the cells by stretching and contracting the thread impregnated in the cell culture solution along the longitudinal direction of the thread.
