▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Measurement of bisphenol A in sample involves adsorbing and enriching bisphenol A in a sample using magnetic graphene as an adsorbent, eluting with an eluent, fixing the eluted bisphenol to a constant volume to obtain a to-be-tested sample, cleaning a surface of a precious metal sheet of a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) chip in a sensor, applying carboxylated graphene oxide to the precious metal sheet surface, connecting and fixing bisphenol A-bovine serum albumin to the sheet surface using the carboxylated graphene oxide, and determining the concentration of bisphenol A in the to-be-tested sample by indirect-competition graphene multiple signal amplification SPR sensing by mixing the to-be-tested sample and a monoclonal antibody solution of bisphenol A, injecting to the sensor to compete with the bisphenol A-bovine serum albumin fixed on the SPR chip, and determining signal generated by SPR which is inversely proportional to concentration of bisphenol A in the sample. USE - Measurement of bisphenol A in sample. ADVANTAGE - The method can accurately detect ultra-trace bisphenol A in the sample with low limit of detection.
