NOVELTY - The method involves adding a graphene to concentration of wt.% 20-40 dilute water solution in ethyl alcohol, and ultrasonically dispersing a dilute ethyl alcohol solution of graphene for 10-30 minutes. Granularity of 10-20nm nanometer nickel oxide powder is taken and added to obtain a graphene rare ethyl alcohol solution in a microwave, and is dispersed for 10-30 minutes. A solid substance is obtained in turn with acetone, ethyl alcohol and deionized water washing process, and is vacuum-dried for 4-8 hours at 80-100 degrees Celsius. USE - Method for preparing a nickel oxide graphene super-paramagnetic material in a superconducting magnetic material technical field and an optical material technical field (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the nickel oxide graphene super-paramagnetic material in a better manner. The method ensures industrial expansion with better application prospect and market prospect.
