▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Deposition of graphene on metal or metallized continuous reinforcement surface with the periphery layer of metal chosen from copper, nickel, and alloys of copper-nickel, involves at least flame spray pyrolysis of carbon precursors (P) under reduced atmosphere, generating at least one carbon-containing gas in flame (F), projecting carbonaceous gas (16) on surface of reinforcement, and forming graphene layer on metal surface (17). USE - Deposition of graphene on metallic continuous reinforcement surface used in treatment of metal reinforcements, reinforcement of polymer matrices e.g. rubber, bindings, pneumatic tires and in vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and time-saving deposition of graphene on metallic continuous reinforcement surface treated reinforcements with excellent corrosion resistance, graphene functionalization property, and stuck directly to unsaturated rubber matrices e.g. natural rubber without adhesion or addition of salt metal e.g. cobalt salt. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of principle of deposition of graphene on metallic continuous reinforcement surface.
