NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a high aspect ratio micro-porous array mold. A surface of a substrate is formed with an electric film layer. The surface of the substrate is dried after coating process. The substrate is coated with glue and photo-resist by UV expositing process. A patterned photo-resist is cleaned and dried. The substrate is fixed with the patterned photo-resist for obtaining a depth-to-width ratio micro-hole array mold. A flexible radiating element is connected with a rotating speed adjustable magnetic blade of a fan for obtaining a large surface area flexible radiator. USE - Graphene-based flexible radiator large surface area manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simplifying processing steps, increasing processing efficiency and reliability performance, realizing rotating speed adjustable magnetic blade rotating process for generating air so as to rotate a reinforcing graphene porous flexible micron radiating column array for discharging rotating heat by graphene.
