▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cardanol-based composite conductive film comprises (i) adding cardanol and photosensitizer into absolute ethyl alcohol solution, heating to 60-85 degrees C, stirring for 3-6 hours to generate cardanol ester, continuously stirring the temperature to room temperature, adding photoinitiator, continuously stirring for 2-5 hours at room temperature, where the molar ratio of cardanol and photosensitizer is 1:0.85-1.03, and (ii) adding the graphene and zeolitic imidazolate framework-67- nanoporous carbon (ZIF-67-NPC) into the step (i), stirring at room temperature, ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, coating the sample on the clean glass sheet, and irradiating for 60-90 seconds under the high pressure mercury lamp, where the mass ratio of the graphene and ZIF-67-NPC is (0.32-0.58): (0.21-0.36). USE - The method is useful for preparing cardanol composite conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cardanol composite conductive film which has short curing time, fast curing rate, excellent conductivity, and does not need high temperature baking for a long time curing.
