▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-based flame-retardant nylon material comprises 50-91 wt.% polyamide (PA), 6-12 wt.% methylcellulose copolymer (MCA), 0.2-1.5 wt.% heat stabilizer, 0.1-1-5 wt.% lubricant, 0-40 wt.% reinforcing component, 0.2-1 wt.% black powder, 0.001-0.01 wt.% auxiliary toner and 0.01-1 wt.% laser marking synergist. USE - The nylon material is useful for forming high-end circuit breaker shell. ADVANTAGE - The nylon material has high bright black, high comparative tracking index (CTI) value, easy laser marking, and wide market prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for Preparing the nylon material, comprising uniformly mixing PA, MCA, heat stabilizer, lubricant, toner, laser marking synergist, adding main feed to the twin-screw extruder, adding the reinforcing component to the twin-screw extruder from the side feed, high-dispersion screw combination mixing after high-shear, extruding, strand drawing, cooling, pelletizing and drying, and preparing the nitrogen-based flame-retardant nylon material, where the aspect ratio of the twin-screw extruder is 36-44:1, the temperature of each working section in the twin-screw extruder is PA6 substrate is 225℃, 245℃, 240℃, 240℃, 230℃, 220℃, 210℃, 215℃, 215℃ and 210℃, die head temperature 245℃, host speed 300-600 revolutions per minute/minute, and the PA66 substrate is 255℃, 275℃, 270℃, 270℃, 260℃, 250℃, 250℃, 245℃, 235℃ and 220℃, die head temperature 265℃, and host speed 300-600 revolutions per minute/minute.
