▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework comprises uniformly mixing aqueous graphene oxide dispersion with thermally conductive filler, then adding reducing agent and surfactant, stirring uniformly and foaming, then sealing and reducing the foaming liquid to obtain hydrogel, then drying and heat-treating the dried gel to obtain final product. USE - The heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework is useful for preparing heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework containing polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework: has simple preparation process; and produces composite material which has continuous thermal network inside, homogeneous and far superior thermal conductivity than existing random dispersion samples. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework obtained by above method; and (2) preparing heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework containing polymer composite material, comprising immersing heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework in liquid polymer or its solution, then completely degassing and solidifying in a vacuum environment to obtain polymer composite material containing heat-conductive filler three-dimensional framework.
