NOVELTY - Modified graphene-based plastic comprises 50-80 pts. wt. plastic base material, 1-6 pts. wt. graphene, 0.4-2 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. modifying agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. surfactant, 0.3-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Used as modified graphene-based plastic. ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene-based plastic has excellent electrical conductivity, heat-conducting performance and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified graphene-based plastic, comprising (i) adding graphene material into organic solvent, then adding surfactant to obtain mixed solution, adjusting pH of the mixed solution to 9.5-10.5 by adding sodium hydroxide solution, then sequentially adding modifying agent, dispersant and antioxidant, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment and drying to obtain modified graphene, (ii) heating plastic base material to 250-300 degrees C to obtain plastic material in a molten state, and (iii) adding step (i) product into step (ii) product, then adding coupling agent, heating, mixing by stirring to obtain mixture, placing the mixture in a high-speed mixer, mixing, then adding into a twin-screw extruder, extruding and pelletizing to obtain final product.
