▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-loaded nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube composite material involves mixing graphene oxide solution, organic solution of transition metal salt and organic solution of organic ligand, mixing and stirring for multiple hours, seperating solid-liquid to obtain solid which is precursor of graphene oxide loaded metal-organic framework material, where organic solution of ligand further comprises nucleating promoter for promoting metal-organic framework material to crystallize on surface of graphene oxide and uniformly disperse; annealing precursor in reducing atmosphere, converting transition metal ion in precursor into metal nanoparticles, catalyzing organic ligand into nitrogen-doped carbon nano-tube, obtaining solid powder after annealing treatment; and washing solid powder after annealing treatment in acid solution, removing unstable transition metal nanoparticles, solid-liquid separation and drying to obtain composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-supported nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube composite material used as positive electrode active material of zinc-air battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-loaded nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube composite material with high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a zinc-air battery, which comprises positive electrode material, which further comprises graphene-supported nitrogen-doped carbon nanotube composite material.
