NOVELTY - The component (4) has a non-metallic heat conductive material and a cured product of a thermosetting resin. A Shore A hardness is 60 or more and 90 or less, and a thermal conductivity is equal to or more than 2 W/mK and equal to or less than 30 W/mK. The non-metallic heat conductive material comprises a carbon material. The carbon material comprises carbon fiber, graphene and/or carbon nanotube. A peak is formed in a range of at least 10 μ m or more and 50 μ m or less and in tarange of 150 μ m and 300 μ m in a fiber length distribution of the carbon fiber, and an average fiber diameter of the carbon fibers is 3 to 10 μ m. The thermosetting resin is formed of a silicone resin, a urethane resin, a nitrile butadiene rubber and/or an ethylene propylene rubber. USE - Thermally conductive component used for roller for printer e.g. offset printer for plate surface temperature control device (all claimed) for adjusting surface temperature of printing plate set in printer. ADVANTAGE - The surface temperature control of the printing plate can be easily performed while suppressing the damage of printing plate surface.
