NOVELTY - Preparing lead-acid battery having graphene as additive, comprises (i) mixing organic carbon source and organic sulfur evenly in reflux tower to obtain graphene reflux solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene intercalated lead sulfide composite material, (ii) mixing lead powder, graphene intercalated lead sulfide composite material, carbon nanotubes, barium sulfate and polyester short fiber evenly, adding water and sulfuric acid, stirring to obtain cathode lead paste of lead-acid battery, coating cathode lead paste on cathode grid to obtain cathode grid containing graphene, (iii) mixing red lead, polyester short fiber, anode graphene, carbon fiber, conductive polymer, lead powder and stirring evenly to obtain anode lead paste of lead-acid battery, coating anode lead paste to cathode grid to obtain anode grid containing graphene, and (iv) assembling battery case, anode grid and cathode grid containing graphene, electrolyte, and separator to obtain final product. USE - The lead-acid battery having graphene as additive is useful in the technical field of lead-acid batteries. ADVANTAGE - The lead-acid battery having graphene as additive has long cycle life and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing lead-acid battery having graphene as additive, comprises (i) mixing organic carbon source and organic sulfur evenly and placing them in reflux tower, ultrasonically dispersing while heating and refluxing to obtain uniformly dispersed graphene reflux solution, adding lead salt solution to graphene reflux solution, then refluxing and stirring, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, after 3-5 hours, filtering and washing to obtain graphene intercalated lead sulfide composite material, (ii) mixing lead powder, graphene intercalated lead sulfide composite material, carbon nanotubes, barium sulfate and polyester short fiber evenly, adding water and sulfuric acid, and stirring to obtain cathode lead paste of lead-acid battery, coating cathode lead paste on cathode grid after curing, drying and chemical forming to obtain cathode grid containing graphene, (iii) mixing red lead, polyester short fiber, anode graphene, carbon fiber, conductive polymer, and lead powder evenly, adding water and sulfuric acid, and stirring evenly to obtain anode lead paste of lead-acid battery, coating anode lead paste to cathode grid, after curing, drying and chemical forming to obtain anode grid containing graphene, and (iv) assembling battery case, anode grid containing graphene, cathode grid containing graphene, electrolyte, and separator to obtain final product.
