NOVELTY - A composite titanium dioxide nanotube array photocatalyst is obtained by modifying titanium dioxide nanotube array with graphene and titanium dioxide nanoparticles, and forming a porous film on the nanotube array. USE - Composite titanium dioxide nanotube array photocatalyst used for treating organic wastewater (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite titanium dioxide nanotube array photocatalyst has excellent photocatalytic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the composite titanium dioxide nanotube array photocatalyst, which involves preparing tetrabutyl titanate and graphene mixed solution, mixing with mixture of ethanol and toluene, stirring to form sol gel, adding titanium dioxide nanotube array into the sol gel, hydrolyzing and drying obtained array.
