NOVELTY - The absorber has a multi-layer grating ridge (2) fixed to a metal substrate (1) and formed with a graphene layer (21) and an upper dielectric medium layer (22). Thickness of a lower dielectric medium layer (24) is greater than that of the upper dielectric medium layer. Incident light is emitted on the lower dielectric medium layer to generate magnetic resonance in the metal substrate when normal incident light is converted into TM polarization incident light on the multi-layer grating ridge. The metal substrate is formed with a highly reflective metal layer that is made of metal alloy material or metal silver material. The upper dielectric medium layer and the lower dielectric medium layer are formed with a high refractive index medium layer that is made of germanium material or silicon material.
