NOVELTY - Preparing brake sheet friction material comprises e.g. preparing the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide nano sheet, preparing molybdenum/chromium/zirconium powder liquid nitrogen dispersion liquid, spraying the molybdenum/chromium/zirconium powder liquid nitrogen dispersion into graphene oxide nano water dispersion liquid by spraying method, taking the composite microsphere, phenolic resin, acrylate rubber, polyimide resin, glycerol mixing, stirring and reacting to obtain the modified phenolic resin, taking cashew nut shell oil, phenolic resin, glycerol mixing, stirring and reacting, taking sepiolite powder, mineral wool fiber and silicon soil, crushing into nano particles and mixing uniformly, adding ethylene glycol solution, dispersing to obtain mixed solution, pouring titanium dioxide nano fiber into solution A, stirring, dispersing, stirring, taking the modified phenolic resin, cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, adding double-screw extruder, melting and mixing. USE - The method is useful for preparing brake sheet friction material, which is useful in new energy automobile. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing brake sheet friction material comprises (1) preparing the aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide nano sheet, preparing molybdenum/chromium/zirconium powder liquid nitrogen dispersion liquid, spraying the molybdenum/chromium/zirconium powder liquid nitrogen dispersion into graphene oxide nano water dispersion liquid by spraying method, where the mass ratio of the two is at 0.4-0.6: 1, freezing, drying to obtain the composite microsphere, (2) taking the composite microsphere, phenolic resin, acrylate rubber, polyimide resin, glycerol mixing, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours at the temperature of 130-160degrees Celsius to obtain the modified phenolic resin, taking cashew nut shell oil, phenolic resin, glycerol mixing, stirring and reacting for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 120-140degrees Celsiusto obtain cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, (3) taking sepiolite powder, mineral wool fiber and silicon soil, crushing into nano particles and mixing uniformly, adding ethylene glycol solution, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain mixed solution A, (4) pouring the 10-20 pts. wt. titanium dioxide nano fiber into the 40-60 pts. wt. solution A, stirring for 30-60 minutes, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-20 minutes, continuously stirring for 1-2 hours, drying the final product in the oven at 80-90degrees Celsius to obtain the three-dimensional coating sound absorbing and radiating body, (5) taking the modified phenolic resin, cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin, the three-dimensional coating sound absorbing and radiating body, aramid fiber pulp, potassium hexatitanate whisker, silicon nitride whisker, graphite whisker, boron nitride powder, barite powder, micron zirconia ball iron, adding double-screw extruder, melting and mixing and extruding to obtain the brake sheet friction material.
