NOVELTY - Composite sodium-based grease containing paper ball-shaped graphene microspheres comprises 70-90 pts. wt. base oil, 5-30 pts. wt. complex sodium thickener, 0.1-5 pts. wt. ball-shaped graphene microspheres, and 1-5 pts. wt. additives. The paper ball-shaped graphene microspheres are made of single-layer graphene sheets with diameter of 500 nm-5 mu m, density of 0.2-0.4 g/cm3, carbon to oxygen ratio of 20-60, and specific surface area below 200 m2/g. USE - Composite sodium-based grease containing paper ball-shaped graphene microspheres. ADVANTAGE - The grease has good mechanical property and elasticity, excellent high temperature, extreme pressure, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and long service life. It effectively absorbs impact and reduces friction to prevent wearing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite sodium-based grease containing paper ball-shaped graphene microspheres comprising mixing paper ball-shaped graphene microspheres, part of base oil, additives and 12-24C fatty acid, heating mixture to 80-110 degrees C, adding sodium hydroxide for saponification, adding 1-22C fatty acid, heating mixture to 200-210 degrees C, adding remaining base oil, cooling to 90-130 degrees C, dehydrating mixture, cooling, and grinding.
