▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves performing reduction reaction on graphene oxide and zinc oxide by utilizing a reducing agent e.g. hydrazine hydrate and/or sodium borohydride. Weight ratio of the graphene oxide and the zinc oxide is 0.1-100: 1000. Weight ratio of the reducing agent and oxidized graphite alkene is 0.7-5: 1. Diameter of zinc oxide granule is 1-20 microns. USE - Method for preparing zinc oxide/reduction-oxidation graphene composite nano material of an UV light detector (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables effectively improving performance of an UV light detector. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an UV light detector. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a photographic view of an UV light detector.
