▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material comprises (i) drying the polymer A and the filler A, melt blending and extruding, pelletizing, crushing, sieving, and drying to obtain composite material particles A with a particle size of 100-500 μm, the polymer A is L-polylactic acid, stereo polylactic acid or polystyrene, and the filler A is carbon-based fillers, metal fillers or two-dimensional transition metal titanium nitrides, (ii) drying the polymer B and the filler B, melt-blending and extruding, pelletizing and drying to obtain the composite material B, the polymer B is polycaprolactone, polybutylene terephthalate-adipate, L-lactic acid or polybutylene succinate, and the filler B is boron nitride, silicon nitride and/or aluminum nitride, and (iii) mixing the composite material particle A with the composite material B, melt blending, extruding, and pelletizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing electromagnetic shielding composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the adding amount of the functional filler, reduces the whole cost, improves the processing performance of the whole, and avoids the agglomeration effect of adding excessive filling trigger to cause the mechanical property of the product greatly reduced.
