NOVELTY - Graphene high-performance anti-corrosion coating comprises component A comprising 20-35 pts. wt. furan resin, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 8-15 pts. wt. phosphate solution, 0.5-1 pt. wt. antioxidant, 3-8 pts. wt. adhesion accelerator, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. dispersant, 8-15 pts. wt. emulsifier, 40-70 pts. wt. filler and 15-30 pts. wt. solvent, and component B comprising 10-18 pts. wt. sulfonic acid curing agent and 11-15 pts. wt. methanol aqueous solution. Mass ratio of component A and component B is 4-4.5:1. USE - Graphene high-performance anti-corrosion coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has improved oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance, and excellent comprehensive performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene high-performance anti-corrosion coating comprising heating graphite at 150-250 degrees C, soaking in phosphate solution at 150-180 degrees C, evaporating, heating at 150-200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes to obtain modified graphene, mixing furan resin, modified graphene and solvent, stirring, adding antioxidant, dispersant, emulsifier and adhesion accelerator, mixing for 30-50 minutes, stirring for 20-40 minutes to obtain component A, adding component B, and mixing.
