NOVELTY - Waterproof coating comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone rubber latex, 3-8 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion defoaming agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. bauxite, 5-7 pts. wt. anhydrous calcium chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. dimeric glycerol, 1-2 pts. wt. Arabic gum, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxidized castor oil, 1-3 pts. wt. phthalate and 10-14 pts. wt. wollastonite. The prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises e.g. graphite, silane coupling agent KH-550, ethanol and hydrazine hydrate. USE - Used as a coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has film-forming property (claimed) with weather resistance, water repellency property, good adhesion property and solves the problem of coating peeling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Waterproof coating comprises 20-45 pts. wt. organosilicone rubber latex, 3-8 pts. wt. organosilicone waterproof agent, 2-7 pts. wt. prefabricated graphene dispersion, 0.1-0.6 pts. wt. emulsion defoaming agent, 0.3-0.6 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 2-5 pts. wt. bauxite, 5-7 pts. wt. anhydrous calcium chloride, 2-3 pts. wt. dimeric glycerol, 1-2 pts. wt. Arabic gum, 2-4 pts. wt. epoxidized castor oil, 1-3 pts. wt. phthalate and 10-14 pts. wt. wollastonite. The prefabricated graphene dispersion comprises 10-15 pts. graphite, 1-2 pts. silane coupling agent KH-550, 20-40 pts. anhydrous ethanol, 2-4 pts. hydrazine hydrate, 5-8 pts. N,N- dimethylformamide and 80-120 pts. distilled water. The preparation of graphite powder by hummers method, comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in distilled water for 30-40 minutes, centrifuging at 2500-2600 rotations/minute to obtain supernatant, adding a mixture of silane coupling agent KH-550-ethanol and reacting for 1-2 hours, adding hydrazine hydrate and reacting at 95-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours for reduction reaction, washing using anhydrous ethanol and deionized water for many times, then dispersing the product in N,N- dimethylformamide and distilled water (9:1). The emulsion defoaming agent comprises 1-2 pts. 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate, 10-15 pts. polysiloxane, 0.2-0.4 pts. sorbitan monooleate, 0.3-0.5 pts. polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, 10-20 pts. water, 1-2 pts. anilino-methyl-trimethoxysilane, 1-2 pts. polyvinyl ether, 3-5 pts. hydrophobic silica, 1-2 pts. polyethylene glycol, 1-2 pts. cuprous oxide and 0.5-0.7 pts. calcium ricinoleate. The preparation of emulsion defoaming agent comprises (i) mixing anilino-methyl-trimethoxysilane, hydrophobic silica and polysiloxane at 120-150 degrees C by stirring for 1-2 hours, then cooling to room temperature; (ii) heating sorbitan monooleate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate to 40-60 degrees C, mixing uniformly, adding the product of step (i), high speed stirring for 20-40 minutes, adding remaining components except deionized water, controlling temperature to 70-80 degrees C and low speed stirring; and (iii) adding deionized water slowly into step (ii) product, uniformly stirring, cooling, stopping stirring when the temperature reduces to room temperature, milling resulting material in colloid mill for 2-3 times to obtain emulsion defoaming agent. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating comprising: (a) adding organosilicone rubber latex into reaction kettle, stirring at 500 rotations/minute, adding organosilicone waterproof agent, dispersing for 5-6 minutes, adding prefabricated graphene dispersion, continuously stirring for 5-7 minutes; (b) adding 50-60 wt.% emulsion defoaming agent into step (a) product, dispersing, stirring for 5-7 minutes, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, dispersing for 8-10 minutes until particles completely dissolving, increasing the speed to 800 rotations/minute, adding bauxite, anhydrous calcium chloride and wollastonite, dispersing and mixing for 15-20 minutes; and (c) adding remaining amount of the emulsion defoaming agent into the step (b) mixture, dispersing for 5-10 minutes, milling the resulting material in colloid mill and filtering to obtain product.
