NOVELTY - Graphene antibacterial heating shoe comprises a sole and a shoe sole. The shoe upper is set with a concave graphene heating chip and an electric power source which is connected with graphite heating chip on the sole. The concave hole is provided for covering the graphene heating chip and power supply of air cushion. The graphite heating chip comprises a substrate and a circuit substrate set on the surface layer of a base plate coated with the graphene coating layer. USE - Used as graphene antibacterial heating shoe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene antibacterial heating shoe comprises a sole and a shoe sole. The shoe upper is set with a concave graphene heating chip and an electric power source which is connected with graphite heating chip on the sole. The concave hole is provided for covering the graphene heating chip and power supply of air cushion. The graphite heating chip comprises a substrate and a circuit substrate set on the surface layer of a base plate coated with the graphene coating layer, where the graphene coating layer includes 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 15-30 pts. wt. organic solvent, 20-25 pts. wt. wetting agent and 30-40 pts. wt. dispersing agent, the graphene is produced by a mechanical stripping graphite process, by the single layer and part of the low-layer graphene accumulation of powder, and has good appearance, dark gray color powder, thickness of less than 5 nm, diameter of 5-20 nm, water content of less than 2% and bulk density of 0.02-0.04 g/ml. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene antibacterial heating shoe comprising (i) mixing graphene, organic solvent, wetting agent and dispersing agent and stirring, then uniformly dispersing at high speed, grinding the slurry, uniformly stirring at a high speed of 3000-6000 revolutions/minute, and then controlling rotating speed at low speed, and (ii) spraying step (i) obtained graphene slurry on the substrate by electric spraying device to obtain final product.
