▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene-iron-based nanoparticles composite catalyst contains nitrogen-doped graphene, and composite catalyst of iron and iron-based iron nitride nanoparticles in a weight ratio of 5:1-10:1. The nitrogen-doped graphene-iron-based nanoparticles composite catalyst has a nitrogen content of 5-13%. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene-iron-based nanoparticles composite catalyst is useful in fuel cell, lithium-air battery and catalytic oxygen reduction reaction system. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene-iron-based nanoparticles composite catalyst has excellent catalytic activity, and can be prepared in simple and economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene-iron-based nanoparticles composite catalyst, which involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, uniformly mixing to obtain 0.2-1 mg/ml aqueous graphene oxide solution and then placing in a three-necked flask, adding reducing agent to the aqueous graphene oxide solution and then magnetically stirring at 95 degrees C for 1 hour to obtain a reducing agent graphene oxide, filtering the reducing agent graphene oxide to obtain 0.15-0.5 mg/ml redox graphene, adding iron salt to the redox graphene in a mass ratio of 1:5-1:12 and then magnetically stirring for 12 hours to obtain a mixed solution, lyophilizing the mixed solution at -62 degrees C under ammonia gas and inert gas atmosphere, and heat treating at low temperature under vacuum.
