NOVELTY - A doped graphene waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion zinc primer comprises component (A) and component (B). The component (A) comprises epoxy curing agent, titanium dioxide, aqueous aluminum silver paste, zinc powder, graphene, nano barium sulfate, phosphate, ferrotitanium powder, dispersing agent, anti-foaming agent, foaming agent, solvent additive, wetting agent, neutralizing agent, hydrated magnesium silicate, organic bentonite, anti-flash rust agent, chlorinated polypropylene and deionized water. The component (B) comprises water-based epoxy resin emulsion. USE - Doped graphene waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion zinc primer is used in oil pipeline, oil storage tank, petroleum equipment, petroleum machinery and steel structure in oil factory. ADVANTAGE - The zinc primer has excellent drying performance, high adhesion force, excellent salt spray resistance and chemical resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A doped graphene waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion zinc primer comprises component (A) and component (B) in weight ratio of 15-35:1. The component (A) comprises 15-20 pts. wt. epoxy curing agent, 8-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. aqueous aluminum silver paste, 25-40 pts. wt. zinc powder, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. nano barium sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. ferrotitanium powder, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. foaming agent, 8.5-10 pts. wt. solvent additive, 0.3-0.1 pts. wt. wetting agent, 0.5-0.8 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. hydrated magnesium silicate, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. organic bentonite, 0.5-1 pts. wt. anti-flash rust agent, 5-8 pts. wt. chlorinated polypropylene, 100-200 pts. wt. deionized water. The component (B) comprises water-based epoxy resin emulsion. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of doped graphene waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion zinc primer, which involves adding hydrated magnesium silicate and organic bentonite to deionized water, stirring, mixing epoxy curing agent, neutralizing agent, solvent additive, dispersant, anti-foaming agent, foaming agent, and anti-flash rust agent, stirring at 400-600 rpm for 5-10 minutes, mixing titanium dioxide and zinc phosphate at 400-600 rpm, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 15-20 minutes, grinding to a fineness of 50 microns, adding nano barium sulfate, graphene and ferrotitanium powder at 400-600 rpm, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 15-20 minutes, adding a mixture of aqueous aluminum silver paste, solvent and wetting agent, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding chlorinated propylene, mixing at 400-600 rpm, stirring at 600-800 rpm for 5-10 minutes, adding zinc powder, mixing at 400-600 rpm for 10-15 minutes and mixing the component (A) with the component (B).
