NOVELTY - Graphene preparation involves using ethanol as carbon source and pure aluminum nanopowder as a reaction catalyst. The synthesis is performed on a particular substrate on heat resistant glass at 1000 degrees C or more, nickel, copper or other alloy. USE - Method for preparing graphene through chemical vapor deposition. ADVANTAGE - The method provides detachable graphene layer that can be replaced on any surface for later use, and forms desired size of graphene layer from microns to centimeters as needed.
