NOVELTY - The gas barrier film has a polymer layer which is formed in upper portion of a base film. A barrier layer is formed with the mixture of the nanoclay and graphene in the upper portion of the polymer layer. A multi-layer thin film structure is laminated on the polymer layer and barrier layer. The nanoclay is selected from the group consisting of montmorillonite, saponite, bentonite and nontronite. USE - Gas barrier film used in packaging of food, industrial product and medical supply. ADVANTAGE - The oxygen barrier is made excellent and the gas interception property is improved. The consumption of the solution is reduced and the barrier film is manufactured using the inkjet printing. The synergistic effect of the barrier performance is made possible using the barrier film.
