NOVELTY - The graphene-modified polyurethane printing material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. composite inorganic filler, graphite dilute dots and porous graphite dilute, 0.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The composite inorganic filler comprises graphene or silicon dioxide composite filler and graphene or calcium carbonate composite filler. The graphene ferrite includes 0.5-2 wt.% polyurethane, and 0.5-2% graphene. USE - Graphene-modified polyurethane printing material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified polyurethane printing material has improved sintering performance and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The graphene-modified polyurethane printing material comprises 90-100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 5-10 pts. wt. composite inorganic filler, graphite dilute dots and porous graphite dilute, 0.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer and 0.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. The composite inorganic filler comprises graphene or silicon dioxide composite filler and graphene or calcium carbonate composite filler. The graphene ferrite includes 0.5-2 wt.% polyurethane, and 0.5-2% graphene. The graphene-modified polyurethane printing material is prepared by crushing polyurethane raw materials into 300 meshes powder, dispersing into pure water under ultrasonic condition for 1 hour, and then washed and dried to give polyurethane. The graphene or silicon dioxide composite filler is dispersed in pure water or organic solvents. The prepared polyurethane solution is continuously added in the prepared mixture with stirring for 30-60 minutes. The porous graphene is ultrasonically stirred and dispersed in pure water to obtain porous polystyrene dispersion. The pretreated polyurethane is dissolved in organic solvent to obtain a polyurethane solution. The remaining pretreated polyurethane, filler masterbatch, porous graphene masterbatch, light stabilizer and antioxidant are melt-mixed and then added to a mechanical grinding mill to obtain the polyurethane composite powder.
