▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing flame-retardant graphene polyamide 6 composite material comprises (1) mixing and reacting ethylenediamine and dibasic acid chloride to generate small molecule polyamide, (2) reacting 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol with phosphorus oxychloride, and hydrolyzing to obtain 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol phosphoric anhydride, and (3) mixing graphene, small molecule polyamide, 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol phosphoric anhydride, ethylenediamine, oxalic acid and caprolactam, adding additive and solvent, and carrying out ring-opening, polymerization reaction, and substitution reaction of 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol phosphoric anhydride and ethylenediamine simultaneously to obtain flame-retardant graphene polyamide 6 composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing flame-retardant graphene polyamide 6 composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has good compatibility with the polymer matrix, improves stability of the flame retardant in the polyamide, reduces condition of the flame retardant, and improves strength performance of the composite material.
