NOVELTY - Preparing stainless steel composite material involves plating copper or nickel on the surface of stainless steel, using electroless plating or electroplating, preparing graphene hydrophobic coating. The stainless steel is placed after treatment in the chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber, and controls the pressure of the reaction chamber to be less than 5 pascal, heated with hydrogen gas at rate of 5-15 degrees C/minute and reaches 900-1200 degrees C, kept warm for 1-60 minutes. The carbon-containing gas is passed, and kept warm for 1-60 minutes. The graphene is deposited, and temperature of the reaction chamber is quickly reduced to room temperature to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing stainless steel composite material for condensation heat exchange. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare stainless steel composite material that has good hydrophobicity, realizes surface of stainless steel coated with graphene, and improves the material's condensation heat transfer.
