NOVELTY - Wet compounding graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes and carbon nanocarbon black comprises (1)carrying out oxidative modification of the surface of pyrolytic carbon black to produce modified carbon nano carbon black, (2) adding graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes and modified carbon nanocarbon black to purified water, and stirring well to form a mixed slurry of graphene/carbon nanotubes and carbon nanocarbon black, ( 3) dispersing the graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes and carbon nanocarbon black slurry in a high-speed disperser at a high speed, and the dispersion time is 30-60 minutes, (4) grinding the slurry after high-speed dispersion in a double ceramic grinding disc and grinding in the device for 30-60 minutes, the two ceramic grinding discs are turned in opposite directions, the speed is 5000-10000 revolutions/minutes, until the graphene oxide/carbon nanotubes and carbon nanocarbon black are fully dispersed in the slurry to obtain the product.
