▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Dry graphene transfer comprises: (a) growing graphene on a growth substrate; (b) chemically modifying a transfer substrate to enhance its adhesion to graphene; (c) contacting the graphene on the growth substrate with the transfer substrate and transfer printing; and (d) separating the transfer substrate with attached graphene from the growth substrate. USE - The method is useful for: the dry graphene transfer from a growth substrate (e.g. copper foil) to a transfer substrate i.e. a polymer or an inorganic substrate (e.g. silicon oxide); and preparing a composite material, which is organic LEDs, thin-film transistors and thin film organic photovoltaic cells. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of easily and efficiently transferring graphene from growth substrate to transfer substrate in an economical and less-time consuming manner. The method produces thin film organic photovoltaic cells in an industrial manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a composite material made by the process comprising: the steps (a) and (b) as above per se; contacting the graphene on the growth substrate with the transfer substrate and transfer printing by application of heat and pressure or by exposure to UV light; and the step (d) as above per se.
