▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The film has composite heterojunction system cadmium sulfide (CdS)/ reduced graphene oxide (RGO) quantum dots (QDs) /titanium dioxide branched nanowire array composite photoelectric film constructed by depositing reduced graphene oxide quantum dots and cadmium sulfide nanoparticles on a titanium dioxide nanowire array substrate with a branched structure. USE - The composite photoelectric film is useful photo cathodic protection of metal material e.g. 316L SS and copper in sea water. Can also be used in protection of marine metal material and corrosion protection field. ADVANTAGE - The CdS/rGO QDs hasexcellent conductivity, which is uniformly deposited on the surface of the TiO2 nano-wire array, forms a tight interface with the photoelectrode. The composite film can realize the photoluminescence of cathodic protection metal materials (316L SS and Cu) in the sea water, and has simple and easy operation, and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
