NOVELTY - Producing graphene composite film, comprises vacuum pressing an expanded graphite powder and a graphene film to obtain the graphene composite film. USE - The graphene composite film is useful in heat dissipation material (claimed) for ultra-large-scale consumer electronics. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite film is novel type of carbon material, has light, soft, compressible, and resilient properties, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubrication, excellent thermal conductivity, mechanical properties, and no adhesive layer, solves the problem of multi-layer adhesive combination required for the preparation of high-thick graphene heat dissipation film, and provides a product with excellent bending performance when the thickness exceeds 70 μ m, or 100 μ m. The method is easy to manufacture thick graphene heat sinks, greatly reduces production cost of the graphene heat dissipation film by adding graphite, can remove impurities, improves the interface bonding degree between the graphite layer and the graphene layer, and reduces thermal resistance.
