▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene film (3) comprises 5 or more six-membered carbon rings which are linked and aligned in the short direction, and an edge structure along the long direction which is completely of the armchair-type. The graphene film is of ribbon shape. USE - Graphene film is used for manufacture of electronic apparatus (all claimed) e.g. graphene transistor, thin film transistor and display. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has excellent reliability, and armchair-type edge structure with even width, and achieves ON/OFF current ratio of 105 or more representing improved anticipated band gap, without using transfer method, and provides electronic apparatus having excellent reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) electronic apparatus, which comprises an insulating material, a pair of electrode on the insulating material, and the graphene film crosslinked with the pair of electrode; and (2) manufacture of electronic apparatus, which involves forming a metal fine wire on an insulating material, forming the graphene film in which 5 or more six-membered carbon rings are linked and aligned in short direction on the metal fine wire (2) and by which the edge structure along a longitudinal direction is made armchair-type, and removing the metal fine wire.
