▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The component (100) has first and second internal electrodes arranged to face each other with a dielectric layer. First and second surfaces (1, 2) of a body (110) are faced with each other. A third surface (3) and the second surface of the body are connected to each other. Fourth, fifth and sixth surfaces (4, 5, 6) of the body are connected to the first, second and third surfaces. First and second external electrodes (131, 132) are arranged outside the body and connected to the first and second internal electrodes respectively. A cover part is formed on and under a capacitance forming part. A margin part is formed on two sides of the capacitance forming part. The cover part and the margin part are made of graphene. USE - Multi-Layered ceramic capacitor (MLCC) component for use in imaging devices. Uses include but are not limited to imaging devices such as LCDs, plasma display panels (PDPs), computers and smartphones. ADVANTAGE - The component can efficiently secure high-strength by graphene of the cover part and the margin part so as to secure flexural strength and mechanical rigidity and increase life of the capacitor components.
