▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-silicone rubber thermally conductive composite material comprises graphene, inorganic conductive filler and silicone rubber matrix. The content of graphene with respect to graphene-silicone rubber thermally conductive composite material is 0.1-10 wt.%. The graphene forms thermal network in the thermally conductive composite material. USE - Graphene-silicone rubber thermally conductive composite material is used in electronic cooling products. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-silicone rubber thermally conductive composite material has thermal conductivity of 4.98 W/m.k at 40 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-silicone rubber thermally conductive composite material, which involves adding 8-12 pts. wt. silicone rubber to two-roll mill, mixing uniformly, sequentially adding 2-5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 40-60 pts. wt. inorganic conductive filler, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene and 01-0.5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, mixing uniformly, and curing obtained thermally conductive silicone rubber prepolymer. The inorganic conductive filler is aluminum oxide, boron nitride and/or aluminum nitride. The silicone rubber is methyl vinyl silicone rubber, dimethyl vinyl silicone rubber or methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber. The crosslinking agent is 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di-t-butylperoxy hexane.
