NOVELTY - Transfer printing paper comprises base paper and coating composition applied on the base paper. The coating composition includes 10-20 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 3-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. modified starch, 2-8 pts. wt. styrene-acrylic latex, 3-5 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 2-6 pts. wt. cationic polyacrylamide, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-10 pts. wt. isothiazolinone bactericide, 3-5 pts. wt. porcelain clay, 1-3 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, 2-8 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol fiber, 1-4 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, 4-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 5-8 pts. wt. eggshell film. USE - Used as transfer printing paper. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces the porosity after film formation; reduces the air permeability of the film formation; can prevent ink particles from passing through the sheets of the base paper; and improves the ink transfer rate of the transfer printing paper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the transfer printing paper, comprising mixing the components of the coating composition, stirring at 40-60degrees Celsius for 10-24 hours to obtain the coating composition, then carrying out a single-layer coating of the coating composition on one side of the base paper with a sizing amount of 2-5 g/m2, drying at 120-160degrees Celsius, calendering, performing secondary sizing, where the sizing amount is 4-9 g/m2, and performing secondary drying at 150-180degrees Celsius to obtain transfer printing paper.
