NOVELTY - A solar cell composite silver-coated graphene silver electrode slurry comprises 5.0-50.0 wt.% silver powder, 40.0-85.0 wt.% silver-coated graphite powder, 2.0-8.0 wt.% glass powder, 0-3.0 wt.% metal oxide powder and 6.0-30.0 wt.% organic carrier, where the grain diameter of silver powder is 0.5-1.6 mu m, and the tap density spherical silver powder is 3.2-6.0g/cm3, the silver content of silver-coated graphite powder is 25.0-350.0%, the grain diameter is 0.1-0.6 mu m and the tap density is 0.2-1.2g/cm3. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solar cell composite silver-coated graphene silver electrode slurry comprises 5.0-50.0 wt.% silver powder, 40.0-85.0 wt.% silver-coated graphite powder, 2.0-8.0 wt.% glass powder, 0-3.0 wt.% metal oxide powder and 6.0-30.0 wt.% organic carrier, where the grain diameter of silver powder is 0.5-1.6 mu m, and the tap density spherical silver powder is 3.2-6.0g/cm3, the silver content of silver-coated graphite powder is 25.0-350.0%, the grain diameter is 0.1-0.6 mu m and the tap density is 0.2-1.2g/cm3, the silver powder and silver-coated graphite powder is processed by organic coating treatment by weighing ethyl cellulose, butyl carbitol and dodecylamine according to silver powder and silver-coated graphite powder with total weight of 0.05%, 0.2% and 0.05%, followed by adding into the silver powder and silver-coated graphite powder with 50% total weight of absolute ethyl alcohol, utilizing high speed dispersion machine to stir at speed of 600 r/minutes for 6 hours, preparing organic coating liquid, putting the silver powder and silver-coated graphite alkene powder into the coating liquid, utilizing high speed dispersion machine to stir at speed of 1200 rotation/minute for 30 minutes, drying at 60 degrees C for 4 hours in a vacuum oven and sieving with 200 mesh sieve. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing solar cell composite silver-coated graphene silver electrode slurry.
