▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Radio frequency identification (RFID) tag comprises a base material, a graphene film antenna and a chip. The graphene film antenna is located on the base material, and the chip is bound with the graphene film antenna. The graphene film antenna is obtained by processing graphene film. The graphene film is prepared by coating graphene oxide slurry on substrate, drying to obtain graphene oxide film, annealing graphene oxide film under inert atmosphere for 1-3 hours at 1000-1500℃, further annealing for 0.5-1 hour at 2500-3000℃ to obtain pre-processed graphene film, and static-rolling pre-processed graphene film under pressure of 100-300 MPa for 0.5-2 hours. USE - RFID tag for use in logistics monitoring, warehousing point, access management, intelligent home, unmanned retail and medical health fields. ADVANTAGE - The RFID tag utilizes self-assembled graphene film with high conductivity, high thermal conductivity and high combustion point as antenna material instead of copper, aluminum and other conventional metal, designing and manufacturing RFID tag antenna form suitable for different frequency band application requirements, and utilizes high molecular weight polymer as base material, so that after finishing binding of chip and antenna port, covering a layer of high temperature resistant protective glue on chip, and carrying a series of data information of article, providing intelligent package for article without introducing additional structure to disperse or inhibit accumulation of charge on metal antenna conductor, reducing label cost, improving safety performance, and realizing heating, thawing and other cooking mode of label along with article in microwave oven, so as to control microwave oven related operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the RFID tag, comprising: designing antenna structure matched with complex impedance conjugate of chip by using electromagnetic simulation software, processing graphene film into graphene film antenna according to designed antenna structure, binding graphene film antenna with chip, coating high temperature resistant glue on chip, drying and curing, and attaching graphene film antenna and chip on substrate.
