▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing silicon oxide aerogel with photocatalytic activity, comprises (i) mixing the graphene aqueous solution, organosilicon source solution and aqueous ammonia in sequence in a water bath and aging to obtain graphene/organosilicon oxide sol; (ii) performing microwave radiation treatment of the graphene/organosilicon sol to obtain silicon oxide/graphene aerogel powder; (iii) mixing the silicon oxide/graphene aerogel powder, water, and inorganic salt absolute ethanol solution to obtain a silicon oxide/graphene aerogel-hydroxide colloidal solution; and (iv) subjecting silicon oxide/graphene aerogel-hydroxide colloidal solution to microwave radiation to obtain a silicon oxide/oxide aerogel photocatalytic material. USE - The method is useful for preparing silicon oxide aerogel with photocatalytic activity. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the strength, mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of silicon dioxide aerogels, can improve the dispersion and photocatalytic performance of the catalyst, and obtains a silicon dioxide/oxide aerogel catalytic material with high catalytic activity and good stability.
