▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-boron heterogeneous structure titanium-based composite material comprises using large grain diameter titanium base powder and small grain diameter titanium base powder as raw material, coating graphene on surface of large grain diameter titanium base powder to obtain graphene coated titanium base powder, coating boron powder on surface of small grain diameter titanium base powder to obtain boron coated titanium base powder, mixing graphene coated titanium base powder and boron coated titanium base powder to form graphene-boron heterogeneous structure titanium base mixed powder, and sintering to obtain graphene-boron heterogeneous structure titanium base composite material. The large grain diameter titanium base powder and small grain diameter titanium base powder are titanium powder or titanium alloy powder. The grain diameter ratio of large grain diameter titanium base powder and small grain diameter titanium base powder is (2-5):1. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-boron heterogeneous structure titanium base composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-boron heterogeneous structure titanium-based composite material that has improved mechanical property.
